The Hillside Heritage Initiative is headed for the November ballot and already a vigorous campaign is shaping up.
The City Council voted unanimously on Wednesday to put the initiative on the Nov. 7 ballot.
The initiative would require developments in the Carbon Canyon area and the hills north and east of the city to be put to a public vote in order to be approved.
