Music and Workshops at Children’s Art Fest
The 16th annual Children’s Festival of the Arts will be held Sunday from noon to 4:30 p.m. at Los Angeles City College, 855 N. Vermont Ave., Hollywood. Admission is free.
Magical Moonshine Theatre, Gypsy Folk Ensemble, Ballet Folklorico Viva Panama and other dance and music groups will perform. Arts workshops include sand painting, crazy hats, accordion books and more.
The event is presented by the Hollywood Arts Council in partnership with the Junior Arts Center. The festival is sponsored by Klasky-Csupo (“Rugrats”) and the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce Community Foundation. Free parking. (323) 871-ARTS.
