Natrol Reports Net Loss for 2nd Quarter

Natrol Inc. of Chatsworth reported a net loss of $2.4 million for the second quarter ended June 30 compared with net income of $11.9 million for the second quarter last year. Revenue rose to $24.1 million from $17.9 million.

Natrol manufactures and distributes branded dietary supplements.
