Caliber Adds to Its Texas Body Shops
Caliber Collision Centers, Irvine-based operator of collision repair facilities in California and Texas, said Wednesday that it acquired three Body Tek Collision Repair and Automobile Painting locations in Austin, Texas, giving Caliber seven centers in that area. Financial terms were not disclosed.
