The City Council is taking applications for a position on the Planning Commission after it was discovered that Robert Wintheiser lives outside the city. Wintheiser, who was appointed Aug. 7, has a Tustin mailing address but lives in an unincorporated area north of the city. The deadline to apply is Sept. 7. Information: (714) 573-3026.
