Classes for the fall semester at Cal State Fullerton began Monday with a record number of students--25,566, campus officials announced.
The figure represents an increase of nearly 5% over last fall’s enrollment and exceeds the university’s previous record of 25,179 students on the first day of classes in 1991.
Welcoming activities for students are scheduled throughout the week. A shuttle service will help accommodate those who experience the parking problems that occur at the beginning of each semester.
