The Planning Commission will hold a study session tonight to talk about possible changes to the city’s General Plan, and to discuss the Orange Freeway study. The commission also will discuss the associated economic study prepared by the North Orange County partnership, which was hired to assess redevelopment potential in Placentia. The meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m. at City Hall, 401 E. Chapman Ave. For information, call (714) 993-8124.
