Salmonella Fears Spur Paprika Recall

Badia Spices Inc. is recalling about 22,000 bottles of paprika because the spice may be contaminated with salmonella, which can cause serious infections in certain people. The Miami-based company recalled Badia paprika that has the following identification on the labels: expiration date 11-2002 and UPC 33844-00011. The paprika is sold in 2-ounce plastic bottles. They should be returned for refunds.
