The Blue Pacific Swing Band closes out the summer concert series at the Sunken Gardens area of the Civic Center at 6 p.m. Thursday.

Those attending are encouraged to bring beach chairs, blankets and a picnic dinner. Nonprofit groups will sell food. The center is at 8200 Westminster Blvd.
