3 Join Board of Tustin’s Sunwest Bank

* Roger T. Kirwan, Jack H. Norberg and Jillyn Hess-Verdon have joined the board of directors of Sunwest Bank in Tustin. Kirwan is chairman of the Orange County Performing Arts Center. Norberg is chief executive of Standard Investment Chartered Inc., and Hess-Verdon is a Newport Beach attorney and president of Hess-Verdon & Associates.

Julien R. Cooper has been selected manager of information technology for Professional Community Management Inc. in Lake Forest. Before joining the firm, he was project manager for Techfuel and a senior network administrator for Toshiba America Information Systems.

Felix Posos has joined RiechesBaird in Irvine as Web project manager. He was previously project manager for Firstsource.com.

Deborah S. Baker has joined Keystone Pacific Property Management Inc. in Irvine as community association manager. Baker, who has 14 years of experience in real estate, will be responsible for the overall management of five associations.

Cara Turner has been named public relations coordinator for Roxburgh, a Costa Mesa communications company. She previously worked at Leone & Leone Ltd. and Finis Inc.

Randall L. Reed has joined Levin & Hawes LLP in Laguna Beach as counsel. He held the same position at Stafford, Temple, Owens & Curtin in Plattsburgh, N.Y., and at the intellectual property firm of Swabey, Ogilvy & Renault in Montreal. Reed has also been vice president and general counsel for Powertex Inc.
