Teaching Parents How to Teach Math
The Conejo Valley Adult School on Wednesday will offer strategies for increasing a child’s understanding of math, the third installment in its parenting skills lecture series.
Christina Myren, a mentor teacher of math in the Conejo Valley Unified School District and an author of two books on how children learn math, will lead the talk.
Wednesday’s program, from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m at Los Cerritos Middle School, is open to the public. Admission is $7.50 per person.
