NetGuru Lands Deal to Sell Phone Cards to Isis

NetGuru Inc., a Yorba Linda Internet technology and services company, said Friday that it has signed a distribution agreement with a Stoneham, Mass., company that should provide NetGuru with $1 million in revenue in the first six months of the agreement. Under the terms, NetGuru will sell domestic and international long-distance prepaid telephone cards and services to Isis Tele-Communications Inc., a subsidiary of Cellular Technical Services Co. in Seattle. Isis has agreed to purchase the phone cards at a wholesale discount based upon bulk minimum-purchase commitments.
