Support for Striking Nurses

I am writing in support of the nurses at St. John’s.
I have been in the hospital a number of times in the last five years.
I deeply appreciate the excellent care these overworked nurses have given me.
On weekends, I have seen temporary nurses struggle to learn their way around an unfamiliar place.
They did the best they could under adverse conditions.
I strongly urge the hospital to hire more nurses and pay them a decent wage.
