Countrywide Insurance Group in Simi Valley has formed a new company, DirectNet Insurance Agency, to help mortgage originators and other financial organizations provide insurance services to their customers.
DirectNet offers a range of insurance products and services through a variety of insurance carriers.
Countrywide Insurance Group is a sister company of Countrywide Home Loans Inc. Both are subsidiaries of Countrywide Credit Industries.
