Condor Pacific Acquires 2 Divisions of Honeywell

Condor Pacific Industries Inc. of Westlake Village said it has acquired the Cheshire and Heath divisions of Honeywell International. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The Cheshire Division, of Cheshire, Conn., produces the AMRAM, an air-to-air advanced weapons system. The Heath Division, at Newark Air Force Base in Heath, Ohio, does the engineering work on gyros, accelerometers and other components for strategic missile systems.

Condor Pacific manufactures rate gyros and other defense systems components.
