Interscience Sells Fusing Agent Business

Interscience Computer Corp. said it had sold its fusing agent business to the Bradshaw Group of Richardson, Texas, for $550,000 in cash.

The Agoura Hills company plans to devote all of its resources and effort to work on the recently acquired data storage software business.

In September, Interscience acquired assets relating to Camino Software Systems Inc. and its Highway Server.
