Onyx Acceptance Corp.

The Foothill Ranch automobile finance company reported fourth-quarter net income of $2.6 million, or 41 cents a share, 4% higher than the $2.5 million, or 39 cents a share, posted a year ago. Revenue increased 26% to $23.1 million. Net income for 1999 rose 61% to $9.8 million, or $1.50 a share, from $6.1 million, or 95 cents a share, for 1998. Revenue climbed 47% to $88.9 million.
