And a Pan to the Rest

When I saw the title “Ten Best: Our Favorite Recipes of 1999” (Dec. 29), I thought I would finally see some recipes that might interest me. Imagine my chagrin when I read the list included Tom Yum Soup, Tortilla Soup, Brussels Sprouts and Bacon, etc. Give me a break! Do your readers really care about these recipes?
