Fullerton College will host its first Library Leadership Institute, a forum and panel presentation on leadership and diversity. The event will include speeches by Camila Alire, director of the Colorado State University libraries, and Ruben Martinez, a Latino activist. Local library directors and managers will participate in the panel discussions. The event is sponsored by the Orange County Chapter of the National Assn. to Promote Library and Information Services to Latinos and the Spanish Speaking, and San Jose State University’s library science program. It will be held Feb. 26 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in Room 515, 321 E. Chapman Ave. Information: (714) 992-7590.
