Build Your Heart Out, an organization refurbishing a historic house at 403 E. Broadway, will hold a work party at the house from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday to take out old landscaping and prepare the house for painting. Organizers intend to completely refurbish the house over the next few months, then sell it to a low-income family. Profits will go toward funding Build Your Heart Out and Paint Your Heart Out, an organization that paints homes of the low-income elderly and disabled. Information: (714) 974-9481.
