WESTMINSTER
Education advocate Rueben Martinez will speak at Westminster High School at 11 a.m. Monday in the school cafeteria. Martinez, who owns Martinez Books and Art Gallery in Santa Ana, was recognized in 1992 by the California Teacher’s Assn. with the State Gold Award for his support of education.
