Tustin’s NetRidium Bought by Tech Firm

NetRidium Communications Inc., a privately held Tustin maker of broad-band communications products, was acquired by a Fremont company for an undisclosed amount of cash and stock.

ESS Technology Inc. said in a press release Thursday that it acquired all of NetRidium’s capital stock and completed employment and incentive agreements for all NetRidium employees.

ESS makes products for communications, computer, consumer and Internet markets.
