The Tustin provider of communication networks for health care facilities said it lost $1.7 million, or 21 cents a share, in the fourth quarter, compared with net income of $56,259, or 1 cent a share, for the fourth quarter of 1998. Revenue declined 27% to $4.1 million. For the year, the company posted a net loss of $4.8 million, or 60 cents a share, compared with a net loss of $1.5 million, or 18 cents a share, for 1998. Revenue dropped 22% to $16.3 million.
