N. Hollywood Redevelopment
Re North Hollywood redevelopment.
I have lived in North Hollywood 25 years and have seen a lot of changes in that time. Could it be that graffiti is everywhere and stays for a week before being painted over, usually in a different color? Do the police really care?
Burbank and Glendale are almost graffiti free and clean. With only two department stores in North Hollywood and dozens in Burbank and Glendale and police departments that enforce laws, I take my tax money there to shop.
