Fullerton Bank Among 3 Sold

Jackson Federal Bank in San Bernardino said it has agreed to buy three Fidelity Federal Bank branches, including one in Fullerton.

The other branches are in Big Bear and Blue Jay in San Bernardino County. The purchases, subject to regulatory approval, are expected to close by the end of March.
