A new class focusing on the Harris Method body conditioning will be held for adults of all fitness levels beginning Feb. 21.

The strength workout will attempt to improve flexibility, tone, balance and body awareness. The class will combine breathing and stretching exercises.

Students will meet from 2 to 3 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays through March 22 in City Hall, 25201 Paseo de Alicia, Suite 150, Laguna Hills. For more information, call (949) 707-2600.
