* Musical theater--Brigham Young University’s Young Ambassadors will stage “Curtain Time: Celebrating a Century of Song and Dance” Feb. 26 at Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza, 2100 Thousand Oaks Blvd. The Broadway-style show features music and dance highlights of American musical theater. * Concert--The Conejo Valley Symphony Orchestra will be joined by noted pianist Daniel Pollack for an all-Beethoven program Feb. 26 at Calvary Community Auditorium, 5495 Via Rocas, Westlake Village. Pollack has appeared as a soloist with major orchestras around the world. He will perform Beethoven’s Piano Concert No. 5 (“Emperor”). * Concert--Tom and Becky Lowe’s folk music series in Ojai will continue Feb. 29 with England’s Jez Lowe of County Durham. Accompanying himself on cittern and guitar, Lowe chronicles the area’s social and economic woes with poignant reflection, humor and optimism.
