ThemeWare, Iomega Settle Trademark Suit

ThemeWare/SbMart.com, which provides Internet tutorials for businesses, said Wednesday that it has settled a trademark infringement lawsuit it had brought against Iomega Corp.

Financial details of the settlement between the Newport Beach company and the Utah maker of computer storage kits were not disclosed.

As part of the settlement, ThemeWare retroactively granted licensing rights to Iomega to use the term “Internet Tool Box” on its products and packaging.

ThemeWare said it sold about 120,000 Internet Tool Box products last year to help home-based businesses create and manage a business on the Internet.
