* Santa Ana-based Interstate Consolidated Industries has acquired Chevron Technical Center, a 19-building, 533,000-square-foot corporate campus on 58 acres at Beach Boulevard and Imperial Highway in La Habra, for $29 million from Chevron USA and plans to convert the property to a mixed-use retail project, according to a Cushman & Wakefield team that brokered the sale. The site, operated by Chevron for 50 years, was the last major available parcel of commercial land in La Habra, according to brokers. The Cushman & Wakefield team of brokers and financial advisors, which represented the buyer and the seller, included Bob Griffith, Jeff Chiate, Steve Algermissen and Bob Bell.

* Pacifica Real Estate Group, a Santa Barbara-based real estate investor, purchased a 130,511-square-foot office building at 2625 Townsgate in Westlake Village for $14.5 million from Irvine-based Legacy Partners in partnership with Donaldson Lufkin Jenrette. Tom Festa of Grubb & Ellis represented the seller. Brian Forster of TOLD Partners represented the buyer.

* Belkin Components, a Torrance-based manufacturer of computer cables and other computer accessories, signed a five-year, $4.4-million lease for 166,160 square feet of industrial space at 19200 Western Ave. in Torrance. Jeff Smart of Grubb & Ellis represented the tenant. Eric Knirk of Fremont Properties represented the landlord, Sunshine Distribution of Compton.

* Interstate Equities Corp. bought a 26-unit apartment complex at 11347 Nebraska Ave. in West Los Angeles for about $4 million from RK Goka Co. Deke Keasbey of Tierra Properties represented the seller. The buyer was represented in-house by Bruce Savett.

* S. Agan acquired McKinley Commerce Center, a 37,585-square-foot retail center at 2187 Sampson Ave. in Corona, for $3.8 million from F.J. Investments. The seller was represented by Jeff Conover of Faris Lee Investments. The buyer was represented by Grace Yoon of Seeley Co.

* Tom Redfern acquired the 61-unit Park Place Club apartments at 8700 DeSoto Ave. in Canoga Park for $3.6 million from DeSoto Investments.. Greg Harris of Marcus & Millichap represented the buyer. The seller was represented by Russ Gentry of Vision Realty.

* Santiago Management Co. of Arizona acquired the 164-space mobile home park Chateau Barstow Estates for $3.1 million from Earl Morley of Palm Desert. William Pyle and Lawrence Andrews of Sperry Van Ness represented the buyer and seller.

* Microcosm Inc., a designer of low-cost rockets, signed a six-year, $2.6-million lease for a 54,277-square-foot industrial building at 401 Coral Circle in El Segundo. Bill Dolan and Chris Sinfield of Grubb & Ellis represented the tenant. Harvey Beesen of Klabin Co. represented the landlord, Los Angeles-based Sandwa Investors.

* Lopez Family Partners purchased the 64-unit Martinique Apartments at 8817 and 8835 Tobias Ave. in Panorama City for $2.2 million from HLM/36. Matt Meisels of Marcus & Millichap represented the buyer and the seller.

* Physicians Associates of the Greater San Gabriel Valley signed a four-year, $2-million lease for 23,852 square feet of office space at 199 S. Los Robles Ave. in Pasadena. Robert Fitzgerald of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, who subleased the space from Investors Direct Funding, which was represented by Kinden Mitchell of Cushman & Wakefield.

* Ash Organization Inc. acquired the 108-unit Hi-Life Estates mobile home park at 21621 Sandia Road in Apple Valley for $2 million from Carlos Padilla of Riverside. John Reinhardt and Dan Dickson of Marcus & Millichap represented the buyer and seller.

* Canal & US signed a five-year, $2-million lease for 10,000 square feet of office space at 301 N. Canon Drive in Beverly Hills. The tenant was represented by Marc Wolfe of Cushman & Wakefield. The landlord, Douglas Emmett Co., was represented in-house by Carol Roth.

* Askey International Corp., a telecommunications and networking firm based in Taiwan, purchased a 31,656-square-foot industrial building at 1751 Yeager Ave. in San Polo La Verne Business Park in La Verne for $1.8 million. The seller was Baldwin Park-based San Polo La Verne Business Park. Peter Lee of Grubb & Ellis represented the buyer. Randy Lockhart and Rick Sheckter of Grubb & Ellis represented the seller.

* Mirasca acquired a 44,488-square-foot office building at 2910 Beverly Blvd. in Los Angeles from Oswin Co. for $1.8 million. Bob Harrison of Charles Dunn Co. represented the buyer and seller.

* Chase Manhattan Bank signed a five-year, $1.8-million lease for 12,005 square feet of space at 1800 Century Park East in Century City. Scott Katcher of Julien J. Studley Inc. represented the tenant. The landlord, California State Teachers Retirement System, was represented by Kevin O’Connor and Hunt Barnett of CB Richard Ellis.
