Rick Muth, president of Orco Block Co. Inc. in Stanton, will receive a Citizen of the Year award from the Cypress College Foundation on Saturday. Muth is being recognized for his humanitarian contributions to Stanton. Orco Block sets aside a portion of profits for charity donations and Muth, his brother and father serve on the Stanton Boys and Girls Club’s board of directors.
