ESynch to Acquire HyperDisk Media

ESynch Corp., a Tustin developer of proprietary software technology, said this week that it has tentatively agreed to acquire an Irvine developer of digital communications technology.

Terms of the deal with HyperDisk Media Inc. were not disclosed.

Upon completion of the acquisition, Nick Singer, HyperDisk’s president and founder, is expected to be appointed as ESynch’s chief technical officer. Tom Hemingway is expected to remain as ESynch’s chief executive.
