Autodesk Unchanged for Quarter:

Autodesk Inc. reported pro forma profit of $29.3 million, or 48 cents a share, for its fiscal fourth quarter, virtually unchanged from $28.9 million, or 48 cents, a year ago. Analysts expected the maker of design software to earn 41 cents a share, according to First Call/Thomson Financial. Revenue grew 1.2% to $220.2 million, for the first increase in four quarters. Autodesk shares rose $2.56 to close at $41.06 on Nasdaq. The company released its results after the close of regular U.S. trading.
