E-Net Financial Agrees to Buy ExpiDoc.Com

E-Net Financial.Com Corp., an Irvine financial services company, said Monday that it tentatively agreed to purchase ExpiDoc.Com Inc. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

ExpiDoc.Com is an Internet based nationwide notary service that specializes in mortgage loan processing.
