Royal Investors Buys Woodland Hills Building

A 56,000-square-foot retail building in Woodland Hills has been purchased by Royal Investors Group LLC of Los Angeles for $6 million. The building at 20969 Ventura Blvd. was 86% leased at the time of sale.

Grubb & Ellis Co. represented both the buyer and the seller.
