Providential Securities Given Merger Approval
Providential Securities Inc., a Fountain Valley broker-dealer, said Monday the National Assn. of Securities Dealers has approved its merger with JR Consulting Inc. Providential Securities was awaiting approval from the NASD before completing the deal, which was initially announced Nov. 2.
