Entech Buys Simi Valley Building for $1.6 Million

Entech Instruments has purchased a 24,500-square-foot industrial building in Simi Valley for $1.6 million.

The seller of the building at 2207 Agate Court was Motter Enterprises.

Entech Instruments manufactures laboratory equipment. The company will use the new location for manufacturing, warehousing and distribution of monitoring equipment.

Entech was represented in the transaction by Told Partners of Woodland Hills. Motter Enterprises represented itself in the sale.
