Hollywood Park Inc. to Sell Turf Paradise Racetrack

Hollywood Park Inc. of Glendale has reported signing a letter of intent to sell its Turf Paradise Horse Racing facility in Phoenix to Arizona real estate investor Jerry Simms for an undisclosed sum. The company said it plans to focus on its remaining interests in the casino industry.

Hollywood Park owns and operates eight casinos and leases two card clubs.
