Jay Arnold has been appointed executive director of consulting services with IPC of North Hollywood, a “hospitalist” company. As head of the new consulting division, Arnold will help health providers design and implement hospitalist programs.
Hospitalists are acute-care specialists who manage the care of patients during their hospital stay, working closely with the patients’ primary care physicians.
IPC employs 100 board-certified physicians nationwide.
