The South Orange County Chambers of Commerce will host 5th District County Supervisor Tom Wilson at a Friday breakfast. Wilson will present the annual State of the County address to business and community leaders and will discuss his perspective on upcoming goals and issues facing Orange County in 2000. A question-and-answer session will follow the presentation. The breakfast will be held at 7:30 a.m. Friday at the Holiday Inn, 25205 La Paz Road, Laguna Hills.
