Redlands Defeats Chapman Women

Heather Dana and Jessica Huber each scored 20 points to lead Redlands to a 68-54 victory over Chapman in women’s basketball Wednesday at Chapman.

Chapman led by one point after the first half. Redlands, however, outscored Chapman, 38-23, in the second half.

Erica Waetjen led Chapman (8-4) with 15 points and eight rebounds. Jilynn Smith added 12 points and Shamekia Perkins had 11.

Perla Sanchez had a game-high 11 rebounds for the Bulldogs (5-6).
