Clinton Pays Tribute to Admiral Zumwalt

President Clinton paid tribute to the “moral courage” of former Navy Adm. Elmo Zumwalt at his funeral in Annapolis, Md., and praised his role as a military reformer. Zumwalt, who as chief of U.S. naval operations during the close of the Vietnam War fought to end racism and sexual discrimination in the military, died Jan. 2 at the age of 79 of complications from cancer surgery.
