Plane Crashes Off Libya

TUNIS, Tunisia —
A Swiss-registered charter plane crashed in the sea off Libya on Thursday, and 15 people were feared dead.
Switzerland-based operator Avisto said the Shorts SD-360, made an emergency landing in the sea.
