Capital Pacific Gains 6 Cents a Share

Capital Pacific Holdings Inc., a Newport Beach real estate investment and development company, reported net income of $812,000, or 6 cents a share, for its fiscal third quarter, which ended Nov. 30. The profit is about 67% higher than the $485,000, or 3 cents a share, posted a year ago. Revenue increased 16% to $65.7 million from $56.6 million.
