VENTURA COUNTY PEOPLE

* Mario A. Juarez and Daniel N. Ogburn have joined the law firm of England, Whitfield, Schroeder & Tredway in Oxnard as associate attorneys.

Juarez earned his law degree last year at UCLA.

Ogburn completed his law education last year at Santa Clara University of Law.

* Tina Dahlenburg, Bank of America vice president, will serve as the executive for the Gold Coast region, an area that stretches along the coastline of Santa Barbara and Ventura counties.

Dahlenburg will be responsible for monitoring and enhancing sales and operations performance as well as customer service at 26 banks from Goleta to Agoura. Her appointment fills a vacancy created by the reassignment of Lisa Watson.
