FOUNTAIN VALLEY
Orange County Water District Director Philip Anthony has been honored with a leadership award from the Water Advisory Committee of Orange County.
Anthony received the award for helping form the regional system of representation for the Assn. of California Water Agencies, which include Orange and San Diego counties. He was also recognized for serving as the region’s vice chairman from 1995 to 1997 and as chairman from 1997 to 1999.
The Orange County Water District is based in Fountain Valley.
