Kathi Miller will give a free seminar, “Be The Best Parent You Can Be,” Monday at Intercommunity Hospital, 7901 Walker St., beginning at 6:30 p.m. Miller, an educator in Intercommunity Hospital’s prenatal department, will give advice on how to handle sibling rivalry, discipline versus punishment, and child behavior modification.
