Thomas Braun Heads Division for Keith Cos.

Thomas E. Braun has been named division president for the Keith Cos. Inc.’s Costa Mesa office. Braun, who joined the engineering, consulting and technical services firm in 1985, has served as executive vice president, vice president of engineering, director and project manager. He succeeds Eric Nielsen, who became corporate president at the time of the company’s initial public offering in July.

* Donald Bogdon has been named chief financial officer and legal counsel at 168 Club, an Anaheim online computer store. Bogdon was previously chief financial officer and general counsel at the New York City-based incubator firm of Doug Evans & Partners Inc.

* Sheila Chiri has joined EBuilt Inc. in Irvine as director of marketing and corporate communications. Previously, Chiri was a marketing communications consultant for the Coto Group, a mergers and acquisitions intermediary firm, and director of corporate communications for Consumer Portfolio Services Inc. She was also director of corporate communications for DVI Inc.

* Fred Grund has been appointed vice president of finance and chief financial officer of Princeton Graphic Systems Inc. in Santa Ana. Before joining Princeton, Grund was financial director for Virgin Interactive Entertainment Inc.
