DANA POINT
The Orange County district attorney has found no violation of the Brown Act by Dana Point Planning Commissioner James Lacy, as had been alleged in a complaint in 1999.
Former Planning Commissioner Eric James had alleged that Lacy and Commissioner Jeffrey Segall had violated the Brown Act, the state’s open meeting law, by altering the minutes of a past meeting and prohibiting public criticism.
