Mayor Mimi Walters will speak at a networking breakfast Friday at the Chamber of Commerce meeting.
The breakfast begins at 7:15 a.m. at the El Niguel Country Club, 23700 Club House Drive. A $10 entrance fee is required and can be paid at the door.
