The Wagner Elementary School PTA is planning a Y2K Founder’s Day celebration next month with the opening of a time capsule buried by Shirley Baker’s class of 1983. The school is looking for students from that class, along with other Wagner alumni to take part in a ceremony and celebration Feb. 24. Information: (714) 996-1942.
